After nearly a week of weather influenced by Hurricane Florence, Wilson County returns to normal Tuesday through Saturday, Albert Thomas Jr. explains in The Wilson Times Weathercast brought to you by ENCWheels.com.
A trough and cold front provide a 40 percent chance of showers and storms Tuesday and Tuesday night, but a high-pressure system taking hold Wednesday should chase away the clouds through Saturday, with Wilson enjoying mostly sunny skies and moderate temperatures.
Daytime highs will be in the mid-80s this week with overnight lows reaching the mid-60s. Wilson's average high for the week is 83 degrees and the average low is in the lower 60s.
