GOLDSBORO — Three players scored in double figures for the Wilson Preparatory Academy boys basketball team Thursday as the Tigers claimed the Carolina Athletic Association for Schools of Choice Capital City Conference tournament championship with a 55-53 victory at Wayne Prep.

Isaiah Buck had 15 points for the Tigers,  while David Ellis had 12 and Jamarion Davis added 11. Jahson Artis added rebounding and defense off the bench in the second half.

WPA ends its season with a 15-2 record.
